We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are custom-made and require full payment before processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Payments can be made via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered within 8-10 days.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.
4. No Refunds & No Exchanges
Each outfit is specially made for you, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please check the size chart and product details before ordering.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
If you wish to cancel, you must inform us within 12 hours of placing the order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
We will assist in resolving the issue but do not guarantee replacements.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on our website and social media belong to Yosh Dreamfab. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
